Meeting Big Science Buyers - How it works
Welcome to this event reserved for Flemish and Walloon companies wishing to start collaborations (or to continue to work) with one or more Big Science institutions.
In order to optimize the agenda, note that only buyers can propose meetings.
All participants can send messages to others .

1) Registration
Register via the Register button : you will be invited to provide details about your company and its activities.
2) Publish business profile(s) to showcase your skills and experience.
Create a clear and concise business profile to raise your visibility on the b2match platform.
Your profile should describe who you are, what you can offer to potential buyers, and who you want to meet. A good profile will generate significantly more meeting requests.
3) Receive meeting requests and accept them
If your profile is of interest, you will be requested by buyers for meetings. No meeting will be scheduled without mutual agreement.
4) Matchmaking Event
Access your meetings in My Agenda or Meetings, where you have your complete schedule for the event and the list of your meetings.

2) Send meeting requests
Once the Belgian companies are registered, you will receive an Excel list of those that have expressed interest in meeting with you.
Browse published participants profiles in order to learn about these companies and to send them meeting requests.
3) Matchmaking Event
Access your meetings in My Agenda or Meetings, where you have your complete schedule for the event and the list of your meetings.
